Refund Policy

Because each product is custom-printed to your specifications, all sales are final. However, we stand behind our quality. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, damage, wrong size or item), contact us within 7 days of delivery at youranimeshop.ai@gmail.com with:

1. Your Order ID.
2. A clear photo of the defect and the entire product.
3. A brief description of the issue.

Resolution

We will, at our discretion, either (a) reproduce and ship a replacement at no extra cost or (b) issue a full refund to your original payment method. We may require return of the defective item.

Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear.
• Minor color variation from on-screen previews.
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
• Improper care or laundering.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these criteria.
